Who we are
This notice covers the marketing site at infracp.io. The product itself is self-hosted — we do not see your infrastructure data.
What we collect
The site itself does not run an account system. The only optional tracking is Google Analytics 4, and it does not load until you press Accept on the banner.
If you accept, Google may process:
- pages you view and how you got here
- approximate location, browser, and device
- a random client identifier stored in first-party cookies (
_ga,_ga_*)
We do not run ads, do not use advertising cookies, and do not sell or share personal data. The legal basis for analytics is consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Google LLC (and Google Ireland Ltd) acts as processor. Data may be processed in the United States. Google’s notice: policies.google.com/privacy.
If you reject
The analytics script is not loaded. No analytics cookies are set. The site works the same either way.
Change your choice
You can accept or reject analytics at any time. Rejecting after a previous accept deletes the analytics cookies on this site.
Newsletter
The “Stay in the loop” form posts your email to Buttondown, which we use for launch and release announcements. Buttondown sends a confirmation email (double opt-in) before adding you to the list. Their privacy notice: buttondown.com/privacy.
Other data
Server logs on our host may include IP address and user-agent for security and operations, kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
